Is anyone out there stuck in a dead end job making min wage?

I am working a job that pays just above the minimum wage and it really does not feel like there is any room for improving yourself or your position even though the management all say that they started at the bottom. I don't want to have to wait 30 years before I can get a promotion. I get a 10% discount off all the products in the supermarket but then I generally find most things cheaper than the final price I would pay elsewhere. I don't really like my job as I get pushed from pillar to post and don't end up doing the same job any day. I get really tired standing on my feet all day and I really don't like the customers that I have to deal with.

I wish, I don't even have a real job right now; but, I play a doctor in my imagination :D
