Ice cream is what a lot of chidren scream for.Us alway wondering what keep the ice cream how it is.This ingredients the play a very important part in the ice cream struture.The milk fat that keep the ice cream rich,smooth characteristic.The flavoring and corn syrup that give it a sweet taste and wonder full taste we ice cream eaters love.

Well it is mostly the freezer that keeps it frozen. Without the constant cold source from the freezer the ice cream will melt. Using cream is what helps to firm up the ice cream as well as cream has the ability to hold up and firm up. Ice ceam is certainly a wonderful tasty thing and one of my favorite things in the world.

First one is the freezer and second one are the milk, cream(acutally there is in it - you twist it with sugar and other products) and eggs (the white parts from them). These things keep the ice-cream ice'd :)
