Your intentions are good. The use depends on your immediate needs. First of all who is the person whom you consider for showing the wealth. Maybe you are already satisfied in respect of all other needs, that you are considering a limo and the diamond necklace. Not all can be lucky, you know. Also needs keep shifting. Basic needs being food, clothing and shelter. You can presume mylotters to be safe on food and clothing. Lots may not have own house. That becomes a priority. Next could be a vehicle for ease of transport. The electronic luxuries, household auxiliaries like microoven, washing machine and so on, are also needed. I think that's how the money finds its way out.

Herro t3rminator I am further along in life than many mylotters. If we were to inherit or win the lotto, first, donation to church. Second thing we would do is pay off bills. Then we would take some cruises, Alaska and Bahamas, etc. A trip to Hawaii. Lots of traveling. Then put remainder in account and supplement current income with interest. We are both retired. Prosperous mylotting

Yes, a cruise would be nice! can you believe I have never ever been on a cruise? Crazy, is it not? So I would really want to go on one, it does not even matter so much where, just spending a lot of time on a really nice ship would be awesome!

Herro puccagirl I have only been on one cruise, as a celebration of completing my chemo for Ovarian cancer, 5 years ago, and our anniversary which is in May. Prosperous mylotting

That is amazing! What a perfect occasion to go a cruise! Well done, you are quite the survivor! (and I hope you get to go on another cruise soon, I really do!)

Wow, that is a cute wish! I hope you get to do that someday, somehow anyway. Long distance relationships are hard, I know, so much strength to you!

If I had a lot more money than I have now, I would certainly pay off the bills that have outstanding balances on them, which right now there are only 2, and it is more than I would like for them to be, but in essence, they are my daughters bills, whi8ch are in my name, as I bought her a car, and her and her husband and myself a computer. I have since paid off my computer, but she still owes for theirs yet. She is paying a little on the card, but I am paying more so that it can be paid off sooner, but I am keeping track of what I pay out that is really hers, so that she will pay me back, and I will see if I get paid back or not. When it comes to the car, she usually pays it, but this month she needs my help for some of it, but that is all I am going ot do, and I as much as told her so. She said that doesn't want me to help her with it, but she has no choice as she has come short and she needs to get her kids in a few weeks from their dad. I am willing to help too, but I just don't like to be taken advantage of, and I feel she has taken advantage of me in some respects as in order for her to get a car, I had to buy it as her credit is lousy. Well, I told her not to mess my credit up, and she has done pretty well taking care of the bills. If I had the money I would pay both best buy and the car off. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

Firstly no amount of money is enough, but if I had say about 10 million dollars, I'd invest half of it in the Middle East Real Estate business and out of the rest I'll donate some to the hungry in the world, promote child education and enjoy!

Funny that only a few days ago, I was daydreaming on what if I have a lot of money hehehe. So here goes my daydreaming. I'd like to right away keep a substantial amount for my golden years when I can't work anymore. Next, I'll give my siblings some as their share. I'll invest in real estate, set up a business that's for me and another business wherein the profit will be shared to my siblings and funds for helping others. Stopping to work and just waiting for my income is not an option though. I'd still like to work. :) Of course, I would also like to enjoy good things in life so I'd like to travel to see the world.

If I won the lottery to the tune of $2million, say, the first thing I would do is get out of debt. Then I would buy some land in Alaska and maybe a house on the land and put the rest of the money in a high interest savings account and live off the interest.

I would invest it, preferably in real estate, partly because I am really interested in real estate, and partly because I think that it is a really good investment in most cases (there are exceptions too, of course!). And then I would probably travel quite a bit, since I love travelling, and give people gifts, based on what they like (friends and family).
