Just a question on acquiring some quick cash (besides this :P)

So my older computer broke and I had a nvidia geforce 9400 card and some ram in it so i can play some games, then I found this gateway zx4800 (aka gateway one)for a cheap price. I bought it, but stupid me didn't look up the specs, no way to open it up, and its got some crappy integrated intel card hooked up in there. Sooooo I've been looking for ways to get some quick side cash so I can get a cheap tower with windows 7 that's a good gaming system so my GFX card and ram cards dont go to waste after not even a year of use. Soooo about 4, 500 dollars, maybe 300. Any suggestions? (I found this site in an attempt to get some quick cash =D)
