is Buxjunction a scam site?

I signed up to Buxjunction, but I would like to know if someone received a payment, I want to know if it's a scam or not, I receive many emails daily so the earnings grow fast... but I want to know your opinion, am I losing my time?

buxjunction is paying but only commission you can only cash out not the total balance of your account.

I want to upgrade but I don't see a payment proof. Can anybody post their payment proof here or just even the url. thank you.

I think this bux junction site is not a scam.. but try to search if they are really paying.. God bless..
