Got half of my mid year bonus!

Hi everyone! I am happy to day cause I got my check for my mid-year bonus 
! Although its half, its better than nothing right? The other half will be on end of June. The bad news is that no salary increase for the meantime 
. I have been working for the past 1 year in this small firm and my salary is so low. I understand the situation and we have to wait for our billing to be paid before arranging our salary. I hope it will come sooner. Did you receive your mid-year bonus? Hope everyone got.

i haven't received my mid-year yet and is still waiting for it. so, where would be the celebration be? KFC? lol..

I think you will receive it on the 30th. I'm afraid that there will be no celebration but I bought a computer and the other will go for my medication.

For my stomach problem, no I'm not that ok. I have to check my blood for thyroidism? Im not sure if that is the term and my large intestine needs to be check inside. My stomach is acidic and painful.

Congratulations that your company is giving out a mid year bonus. My company is not giving that kind of bonus its not part of our benefits. I dont know why they did not include that. Our company is not that big so I guess that explains why they are not providing any bonuses to us.

How considerate your employer is. Mine even if he has more than 20 employees he is not considering in giving it. Maybe because he has lots of employees that is why its not part of our benefits here.

nah, sadly i dont think i'm qualified. im just on my 8th month as a govt employee. but i got my rice allowance yesterday hehe.. not really big but good enough for me to spend on some things. i'm waiting for the xmas bonus and im hoping it will be bigger than last year.

I think those who only reach 1 yr. are entitled for mid-year bonus depends on employer. We don't have rice allowance, I also wanted to have that. Your xmas bonus will now complete since you completed a year in the service so I'm sure its bigger than last year.

Hello my friend..... Its seem your lucky day congratulation.
Its really hard to find a job this day, we had to grateful for what we had and hope every thing will be much better soon.
I don't receive mid year bonus 
, we usually got bonus when we celebrate Christmas or Idul Fitri.

I am thankful at atleast even if there will be no increase as of the moment, there is a mid-year bonus. Sorry to hear that you don't have mid-year bonus.

Where I live bonuses like this are not really common, so no, I did not get a bonus, but I was not really expecting one either, since it is not customary here, so it is okay. It is great that you got a bonus though! I hope you do something fun with it!
