Is it safe to always sign up?

I discovered this site that all you need to do is sign up to all the accounts they will give you and you will get paid. I'm wondering if it's safe? Do you need to make a new email account for this kinda sites to be safe? Thanks!

yes it is a good idea to create a new sacrificial email,because there may be spam once you give your email to such websites.sorry,i didnt get your first line,but im guessing they are asking you to loging to other websites through their site.
if so,absolutely dont do it,they will get the pass and username.
if no,nothing to worry about.

Hi the site is minuteworkers. You sign up to them and they give you jobs signing up to all these other sites. Mmm, when I researched they said that minuteworkers is legit but my concern is signing up and registering to all those other websites so they could pay me. Thanks for sharing. Have a nice day!
