After my marriage i emigrated to a new country and start to have my own family all alone. I have no elderly people to advise me or supervise me. Some times it seems good and interesting. But some times i find it a bit difficult. Whenever i make mistakes there is nobody to find it as mistakes or correct it. In my carrier also I have no boss. i care for three children in my household. In my carrier also I like to have a boss to correct my mistakes. Do any body have the same situation?

Well, in some situations I feel an elderly advice is required. When ever my kids fall sick I always take advice from my MIL or mother before proceeidng to the doctor. I have never been on my own, I have all the elderly beside me. I am in a way lucky and sometimes unlucky since I can't do a thing alone. Since you are alone you can become more strong by doing things yourselves. You can call and take advice or can surf the internet.

I think there are very less people how want boss compared to people who don't want boss. Why do you a boss to take a right decision? There is internet technology available which can assist you to take a right decision. Also, don't forget, it is well said that "To do things perfectly, do it yourself". Believe me, you will not enjoy life once you are under a boss.
