Do you crave for something salty?

I know most people crave for something sweet but lately I noticed that I crave for something salty. I've read that craving of salty foods could be linked to an adrenal exhaustion. This is apparent to people who live in a very fast-paced and stressful life. Mmm, that probably would be me and switching on over to natural salt or even sea salt is better than table salt. I'm gonna have to probably do that to stop my salt craving. Have you experienced it too?

Oh I love fried peanut with plenty of salt and garlic, that I even eat the crumbs that settled at the bottom of the peanut pack. I like green mangoes too, dipped in fish sauce or if fish sauce is not available, I would go for salt. Instant noodles are salty too and I love eating these on snacks. But these things was already history for me since I stopped this salty diet six months ago, why? Now I have kidney stones that was the main cause of the excess salts that settled in my kidney. My main concern now is how to throw these stones away. Ouuuuuch

Oh yes! I'm always craving for something salty that I always buy chips on the way home. I put salt on my food and can't get enough of salty food. And now I know why. I am stressed out here in my job. How do I overcome this? Will excercise help in any way?

I was told the opposite back in 2006 and told to avoid all salt as much as possible. But I think it was the same advice given to everybody. My salt levels went too low and I started to get severe leg-cramps and didn't feel very well at all. I have now added a moderate amount of sea-salt to my diet, and I am feeling better for it. We don't all have the same dietary requirements and I think each of us has to work it our for ourselves, taking back more responsibility for our own health and well-being. _Derek

Actually no I never crave for something salty I am a sweet person, well not literally sweet type of guy but I love sweet like chocolate candy or anything but not too sweet because I am afraid that I may get diabetic because of it.
I still manage to take it balance for my health well I already got warned because my dad side has history of diabetic and when I heard that I become more cautious on what I eating and the sweet thing I ate.
well you can take some chips to take your craving away try those too salty so your taste bud and body will hate it.
I tried it in my sweet problem I ate lots of super sweets chocolate and after that I starting to change my appetite on sweets and become lesser every day its kinda make me board eating to much sweets. you can try it if you want.
