Shutdown your computer and go to sleep :
* Have a light snack before bed,
If your stomach is too empty, that can interfere with sleep. However, if you eat a heavy meal before bedtime, that can interfere as well. Dairy products and turkey contain tryptophan, which acts as a natural sleep inducer. Tryptophan is probably why a warm glass of milk is sometimes recommended.

Yup ! One cannot have a nap at office.
Taking deep breaths really do help.

I will just quiet and keep a distance with my family and friends because I don't want to give negative vibes in them. Most likely I do write when I am not in a good mode to express and let go of the negative things that put me in a bad mood. Then I will take a walk to refresh and unwind myself. That is what I usually do when I am in a bad mood.

I would watch my fav movie, play games and if these two does not work i would just go to sleep.

Hello there !
Now that is a good qi=uestion.
When I feel that I am not in the mood, I just try to be alone for a few minutes.
I pray God that I am sorry for whatever went wrong. I pray for all things to get well. I finally tell God and myself that I will try what I can to make things better.
I pray to him and continue my work.
God really helps us out.
