so is freelancer a scam site too?

I was real excited on freelancer and even had a couple of bids accepted. But then after my account was charged for the bids the two employers dropped the ball. The first one changed the order after I finished the first part. I have continued working on it though.. still no pay and now no contact for 2 days!
The other accepted my bid freelancer charged my account and then they send me nothing by email.. I've contacted them twice and haven't heard back with them on any kind of assignment or anything...
I better just stick to the two sites I am sure about I guess!!
anyone else work on freelancer before I never go back??

Have you tried oDesk? They have guaranteed payments for hourly jobs.

I haven't heard of that one. I will check into it though. So many have gone scam or have so many problems they make you feel like you are being scammed!! Thanks!

freelancer and odesk both are very good sites and also mylot is best site to earn money. I have good experience with all of them.

it is a freelancer working site first up all they give full of work against bidding but nowadays somepeoples said it was not working so you consult your closest one and confidential one

Well , i don't think freelancer is a scam . It really depends on the employer , maybe it's just the employer that scammed you . If the employer refuses to pay you after you have completed the job, open a dispute in the dispute center.
Freelancer staffs will come in to help you all resolve this , and if you deserved it , you'll be paid in the end ..
I don't think it's a scam .
