Not verified paypal account,can I send money?

I have an account on Paypal but its not yet verified, can I be able to send money from my paypal account to another payal account, even if my account has not yet verified?

Hello! yes you may send money with a unverified paypal account, but only to other paypal accounts,
to do more complicated transactions you need to be verified, and to be able to charge by pay pal, like in your own webpage, you need to have a business account.
if theres anything else, just ask!

thank you...so do you mean...if i will have a fake paypal account and it has some money on it...can is send it to my original account...i have a fake account before and i use it online which gains cash i want to transfer it in my original...is it possible?

Yes you can send it to your original account, that is what i do as well, since i joined a lot of site i did no really trust, lol
the only downside here is the transaction fee, not sure how much bet it will tell you when you try to send some balance to another account.

Based on my experience yes, you can send money from paypal to another paypal account even if you are not yet verified. But I hope it didn't, because of that I was scammed and I blame paypal why they allow the transaction. Anyway, I've learned my lesson and I am very much careful now in my online earnings, I keep it safe and I will not allow to use it anymore.
