How come you 'got' those sites?
Did you buy preset themed sites?
Or did you create them yourself?
Anyways, you can use any html editor or website designer software (i recommend Adobe Dreamweaver) to edit websites and uploading them is really easy. You just have to copy all the files from the directory of the site on your hard drive to a desired host. Most of the times index.html is your default root file that will be opened when someone goes to your address...
You can try byethost.com for hosting your pages. It's completely free and you can also use their domain.
Hope i've been of any help

Yes for sure but I do not know whether I will be able to follow your directions but will try for sure. I got these sites as a bonus to my domain registration.so thought that they might be giving thousands of people the same sites so want to edit them making them unique..so they do not resemble others. It is easy to modify sites I think rather than creating new ones..thanks for responding.

That's not stupid and you aren't dumb. Sometimes, if you work on it offline, you have to adjust it for online. If you go with hosting go with something reliable like godaddy, host gator, or 1and1. I entered my blog as a redirect on 1and1 a year ago, for $2.00. It was a .us name, but it was really cheap. I found that your links in your site that's being uploaded is simple, just make sure that you have all your links correctly in your html. Good luck and have a great day!

for hosting you can use free and paid hosting both from many service provider like 50webs host-ed.net. create your account there add your domain name there . add service providers dns in your domain. dns service will take 24 to 48 hours for updating dns service.
after dns update you can upload your files by ftp and many other ways
