fight againest scam

hey can anybody can suggest me the way to how to fight against scam ptc sites.i know we lives in lawful worls every countery have cyber laws. stop clicking is not a proper solution for this probelm. we spend our time for money in those sites and they becomes cheaters. hou to bring them for justic.
if this is impossable them teach me how be become sucessful cheater. thanks

INternet LAws are not yet that strict so fighting againts spammers the legal way is not that much effective. Scammers still often get away with their crimes. I guess the best thing to do id to be vigilant to be able to save ourselves in becoming a victim og these scammers. If you have experienced being scammed, share it in your blog or post it to forums. These will help ofthers to be aware of these scammers.
