hi there.
i am in need of creative ideas to help me with work. i know there are a lot of you who have experience in customer relations.
my team and i would like to launch a "listening attentively" campaign. can you help me with activities that will implement this campaign? by the way, the nature of the business that we have is over the phone.
please help me come up with an activity which will help enhance the listening skills of our reps. an activity that will involve more than 150 people.
i'll appreciate any comments and help. thank you. ;-)

dictate tongue twisters to them..then reward them based on accuracy. that should help them to listen attentively

why don't you divide all the participants into smaller groups then have some sort of an "amazing race" game. A good activity would be to have them relay a message. . The participants are lined up and the message gets transmitted from one person to another. The first group who relayed the message accurately wins that activity. another activity that you could do is to have one person in the small group be blindfolded while the other members tell him where to go. These are just some of the activities that could not be only fun but would help in your team building. hope this helps
