what to do if someone doesnt have a paypal account?

Register at: www.paypal.com It's totally for free. :) You don't need a credit/debit card unless you want to transfer your money from the account to the bank.

Simply create a paypal account to have one. Go to the website. Follow the instructions and you are done. It is important that you have a paypal account because payments will be directed to your paypal account.

creating one shldnt hurt... if u have funds in ur paypal acct u can even shop online... else register ur credit card to shop. paypal is one of the best emoney system this earth can ever have.
