Hello all! I have arrive to this topic because of this hair loss concern
I have lately. About months ago, is when i notice that my hair fall so excessively.
That, whenever i comb my hair, the comb is full of quite a number of hair strands.
Just to observe, what i did, is that i always pony my hair to avoid it being messy and to avoid frequent combing as well. That way i think, if i would refrain from combing and touching my hair,it would somehow lessen the hair fall.
Despite what i did, still the excessive hair loss continues. I am actually afraid to comb my hair.
With this regard,I cant say that the hair fall is because of the shampoo and hair conditioner i use because i have use them year ago and up to now.
The only things that is new in my routine somehow is that i am always in front of my computer and i usually sleep 3 to 4 hour a day as i am always busy and i kinda suffer from insomnia.
Could it be that, i am experiencing this excessive hair loss because of lack of sleep and too much exposure on radiation of computer?
Need more insights from you guys!!!!

Hair fall is not associated with exposure to computer or lack of sleep, hair is like a plant, which requires nourishment, or else they die and fall. Use good hair oil, medicated shampoos and conditioners. Oiling your head will give you good sleep.
