Hi slovenc: In my case, ther's a gym in the corner of my house but I think I'm too lazy to go there. Maybe I'll ask my brother to do this with me so I get the inspiration to work on this, because it's not so easy to do this alone. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day.

It's easy to do it for a week or two but than i give up. Don't think anyone can prevent my laziness when it strikes. Hope brother will be enough to get you going. It's good if someone almost forces you to do something, sometimes we need that extra push. Have a great day

I try to exercise at least 5 times a week. I am handicapped and there are a lot of things I can't do anymore. I used to do aerobics, but now I can't. Exercise is supposed to slow down the progression of my disease. They aren't sure what is wrong with me though, so I'm not sure. It seems for a lot of diseases they say exercise helps, so I hope it helps me. I am getting worse, but I keep thinking if I didn't exercise I would be worse!
I do a lot of stretches and core exercises. I also use hand weights and try and keep my upper body strong. I have to drag myself around alot so I need strong arms. I am going to therapy also and working on the exercises at home.

My only exercise is walking to work back and forth. I used to ride my bike on campus from my apartment to the office and the classroom, but I don't like to ride so any more, but walk since I know I seldom do other exercises.

Don't be angry by those people. They are not worth it. Just be yourself and don't mind them.

Yes I do, I exercise in the evening after coming back from office. My exercise includes – running, pushups, jumping and some breathing exercise. I spend just 30-45 minute exercising in the Gym and try to walk whenever possible. Walking is very good exercise, all part of the body are active. I go to gym 3-4 days in a week, sometimes it’s just 2 days in a week. I try to go for swimming on weekends when I have enough time available.
Wish you all good health, keep exercising and be health

I have 2 dogs, so yes I exercise everyday, when I take them for a walk, once in the morning and once in the after noon. I only walk them when the weather is fit, and if it is to hot outside, then I won't walk them as it is just to hot for their feet on the concrete and they just need so much water, and I get way to hot as well. I need my exercise as well as they do. Take care, and happy mylotting.

I exercise every day. At the moment my wife and I and sometimes our kids too, are doing a home workout program that is made up of videos that you watch on your TV or computer. We saved the files to our laptop and set it up in our lounge room everyday to do the workouts.
The program is called P90X and is made up of different workouts that each day focus on a different part of the body. Each workout is around an hour long and is fairly extreme, but not overly extreme that they are impossible. I highly recommend checking it out.
I also compete in archery and go walking and bike riding regularly too. Yesterday I did not have time to do the P90X program but I did compete in archery which involves a lot of walking and using muscles. Today I will be doing a workout and then going on a family bike ride later in the day.

Yes, exercise has always been a part of my daily routine since I could remember. I grew up loving sports and as a result I was forever engaged in something sweaty. Nowadays, when I have no project, I am usually found in the gym, about 6 times a week. If not, its either I'm running or riding a bike.

Hi pinoy blogger:: No it's no0t par of my routine and I hardly ever exercise because of my work. The only exercise I do is eating- well at least I'm moving my mouth up and down. Lol. XD. I know it's not ok but I don't like exercise at all. I think I have to change my mind on this subject for my own good. Thanks for your answer. Have a nice day.

You are burning calories even when your thinking. The largest energy consumer in our body is the brain. So if you do a lot of thinking, then you burn calories. And you are working so it means you do a lot of thinking.

Exercising is my start for every day if it's gonna be out. When I stay home all day long I do my exercises also but not that powerful and with a little bit more time involved in it. Kinda shallow these days, though, I consider starting a swimming lesson for the summer but on the other hand I have my dumbells in my room and I think it's better to choose what's in handy for now.
If you work in an office there's a special office gymnastics lesson somewhere, if I find it I'll show it here or I'll post it as a new discussion soon.

Currently I'm doing jogging everyday, but because I have a lot of games to finish I don't do weightlifting and other type of exercises. When I'll be over with the games I'll start again and I might also start going to gym this month.I do those things for a healthy body and to be fast and more powerful then before :))
