The interview I've been waiting for- I need Singaporeans opinion

I'm not sure what your boss would be looking for exactly but it's mandatory for me to clock a certain number of hours in relevant courses/seminars and workshops in a year. Even if they don't ask, it would be a ++ for you. You are expected to master at least Vista, if not Windows 7. Take seriously any deadlines or assignments assigned. Resolve any issues in an ethical and responsible manner. I'm sure your boss would expect some best practices in work-place diversity and wouldn't tolerate anything that would be offensive to various cultures especially the clients your company serves. You would learn that no matter how modern the country is, it is very much conservative in many aspects and that is reflected in the office sometimes. There would be an appraisal twice a year where your work would be reviewed by your supervisors. This is when words like loud autocrats and charming backstabbers find new meanings in you. I'm not saying that everyone you meet would be one. But its just a way of reminding you that competition can be extremely tough.
