Try first upgrade your computer. The parts, like hard disk (upgrade to a bigger storage capacity), the upgrade your memory (RAM). If your computer's constipation persist even after upgrading, then maybe you have to install a good antivirus program and scan for viruses. Maybe some virus is causing the problem

Have you installed many unwanted softwares and uninstalled it later since you did not find any use of it... the software registry data which you installed might not have been cleaned in your registry. We tend to install many software which we do not use sometimes...
You can download Registry Cleaner from many sites and clean up your registry...
Also Defragment you hard disk once a month... The data's in the hard disk may be scattered in different sector in hard disk... Once you defrag your harddisk the data will be stored in sequent manner...
Check for Virus too... There are couple of good free Antivirus software which updates regularly the virus signatures that can check the Virus...
Hope this help....

well you will need to clean up all the junk files and temporary files. maybe they might have made it slow.
run the disk clean up wizard to clean all junk.
try a software named ccleaner to clean up your hard drive from stuff which is making it slow.
good luck
happy mylotting

There can be many reasons maybe becoz of virus, insufficient memory, lack of processing speed etc. well to know the current status of your PC, i would suggest you to download uniblue 2009 speedupmypc registry booster-drive scanner from torrentz.com. I hope this would provide you with the basic solution for speeding up and gives you better performance to a certain degree and also automatically updates the latest drivers compatable with your system. Give it a try...

There are many reason to a computer that is very slow, one is maybe your computer is attacked by a virus, you should install anti-virus program or maybe your computer has so many installed applications, uninstall all the applications that you don't usually use or maybe you have a little ram, try to upgrade your ram to 2gb or higher or you are not maintaining your computer, you should have a regular maintenance at least 2 times a week. Defrag your computer or use some programs that helps improving the speed of a pc, or maybe your computer fan is not working or the fan of the processor, you should check it out because heat also makes a computer to run slow, or maybe your processor is really slow, upgrade your processor and try to upgrade your video card too, That's it, God Bless..
