Love whenever we hear about this word a sweet melody starts ringing in our mind but sometimes it becomes most painful word in our life when we have a break up. Have you ever think whether its an infringement of right or not? Well we are now living in a democratic society where every man has right to live happily and peacefully. But when a person is hurting his/ her partner isn't it true that he/ she is actually breaking peace in his/ her life and the person is outraging the other one's dignity also? Love - sometimes it becomes the reason to live a life and sometimes reason for leave a life. What is the proper justice for the person who is going through this situation and what is the proper justice for the person who is responsible for this situation and how do our society handle this situation and how much law is helpful for those people who are facing this situation?
