Some do it for leisure or habit. some for belief. But just thing singing really has more power to do more?

If you vocalize everyday and breathe right each time you sing, you are giving yourself an ab workout. Though I can't exactly guarantee that, but doing it right has its benefits :)
If you are able to read notes on sheet music or memorize a tune immediately, then your brain is exercised. Putting things to music makes it easier to memorize.
There are also spiritual things that singing touches on, which is why a lot of religious traditions (and traditions in general) involve a lot of music.

I sing because it makes me happy. At marches it raised my energy level which is often worn to the bone because I don't sleep enough when I'm doing activism. I also sing because I think that songs have the power to convey messages clearly to the general public.

Hi i sing because it make me happy, calm and serene. But most i sing because it makes people have. Touching the heart of individuals makes me feel a sense of fulfilment to Gods order. I love singing to give people that reassuring comfort that better days lye ahead of them.Sing is my life.
