VITALCASHBLAST legit site or a scam site too?

Someone invite me to join this site, $50 instant just to watch a 60 mins. video. I've tried to search how legit it is, i didn't see any proof of payment yet but only opinions.

I searched for the phrase "VITALCASHBLAST" but couldn't find on net.. Who recommended this site for u n said u will earn $50 for watching a video for 60 mins. Have u joined it and got the link...
