Glee vs Vampire Diaries

I have been following two series for months! I enjoy watching Glee because the series is quirky, sweet, humorous! I think it's one of the most anticipated series! It's a musical-comedy drama, that's why I like it very much!
Another series I am watching is the "vampire diaries". At first I like it because the leading lady is very beautiful, as well as the leading man.. They captured me. And later on, I find the story very sweet. Makes me wish somehow to be a vampire. hehehe.
So what can you say about these series?

I watch both shows also. I love to watch people dance and sing so Glee is so fun to watch. My favorite character on Glee is Brittany, the blond cheerleader. She is hilarious. She says the most random things that my hubby and I have nicknamed her Random. ;)
I also watch Vampire Diaries. I have always loved vampires. I don't know why. I read the Twilight series before it became the huge deal that it is now. The guy who plays Damian on Vampire Diaries is Ian Somerhaulder. He is one of my favorite male celebrities. That man is beautiful. In fact, when I started reading Twilight, he is the guy I pictured as Edward, one of the main characters. Then, when I found out they were turning the books into movies, I was disappointed that they chose Rob Pattinson for the role of Edward. I think that they should have given the role to Ian Somerhaulder. So, when Vampire Diaries started, I wasn't surprised to see Ian S. as one of the main characters. ;)

It is so nice to find someone else who thinks that Ian would have made a better Edward and that Robert Patinson is really not all that fabulous. Also, someone else who is disappointed in the movies. The books invoked such love for the characters and their feelings for one another. The movies leave me wishing to feel what I felt in the books. I don't really like Kristen Stewart all that much. She is ok as Bella. I guess I never really pictured anyone specific for that role. But, Rob as Edward is a disappointment. I was in love with Edward in the books. I am team Edward in the books but Team Taylor Lautner as Jacob in the movies. Now that boy is good looking. Dang! LOL! There is just something so magical about Stephanie Meyer's writing! She makes the characters come to life in our hearts while the movies and the actors just lack that spark.

I couldn't agree more cortjo! the movies didn't meet my expectations, the emotions I had in the book! When I read the book, I was really for team Edward! looking forward for more stories about them. But when I watched the movie, can't help but cheer for Jacob! He is HOT!! HAHAHAH!! i like him better for Bella in the movie!

Indeed! Ian is really perfect for the role of Edward in Twilight! I used to like Robert Patinson. But I don't know what happened to him in Twilight, he's very thin! I have read the Twilight series, quite disappointed with the movies though. hehehe. :) but still, it's fine. The fact that the story is about vampires makes the movie fine. :)

I absolutely LOVE the Vampire Diaries! It is the most awesome show I have ever seen on TV, at least this year. I was hooked right from the first episode, and oh My God, Damon is so yum! :D And Nina Dobrev is so awesome at playing both Elena and Katherine! The last episode gave me such chills, especially the end! I cannot wait for season 2 to start.
I have Glee on download right now, and hopefully I'll get done with it soon, it looks like so much fun! :)

Exactly! YUM is the word that fits Damon! HAHHAH! he's very hot! His character, his personality, i like everything about him!
I bet you'll like Glee. specially if you're into musical series. But even if you're not, you would still like that series! happy watching! :D

Haven't watched LOST, not even once. But have seen its commercials. I really think that one's nice. It's just that I can't catch it. And I think I'm too behind to watch it from start. tsk tsk tsk.
Well I assure you, you'll like Glee. If you're not into musical, you'll be one of us! pretty soon! HAHAH! :))

Haha, I knoww, Ian Somerhalder is just amazing! I can't believe he's the same person who played Boone on Lost, I really did not like that character!
I'm definitely going to give Glee a shot, I'm not a big fan of musicals, but when I heard Neil Patrick Harris was guest starring in an episode, I decided I had to watch it, if only just for him :D

That's nice to hear someone sharing the same thing as I do. I love both Glee and Vampire Diaries. The series are different from each other but I really enjoy watching both especially Vampire Diaries.
Vampire Diaries Season 1 is over and it'll still be months to wait till they show Season 2 which will be after summer. The story is really sweet and somewhat intriguing every episode. I really love Damon even though how cruel he was during the beginning of the show. I'm so waiting for next season to start.

I don't watch Glee but the Vampire Diaries is my favorite show on the CW. I also watch Gossip Girl and Supernatural.
