I am not going to preach you to stop smoking as it has to come from within (I used to smoke for years since my teen life but have managed to quit about 3 years ago) but I would like to ask a simple favour; please, please only throw away the cigerette butts in proper bins. It takes at least 15 years for nature to disintegrate it and it could cause more problems/ harm if they block the drains, got picked up/ eaten by wild animals, end up in rivers or lakes, etc. If you cant find a proper bin/ ashtray always carry a small container to keep them until you find one. Thanks for reading.

How did you quit? I need help to quit. I've tried so many times, but failed. Can you quit it without external support? For I am not getting that by any chance. If I quit that would be without any support. Still I wish if somebody could help me with it. Thanks
God bless you

an earnest appeal. but, only those who are careful about nature and their future listen to this. I know of people stuffing discarded napkins and such material into the cubicle at public lavatories. It is shameful. and alarming. HOW humanity is losing the charm of being the only intelligent species on earth.
