Just give me some ideas on what kind of question they will going to ask to me and what is the possible good answer for that question?
Since that I am planning to apply in a call center company..I think, I should develop my English speaking skills..waaahhh... I wish I could answer them confidently..
I really really need to have a work now...and working on a call center company is what I think is the best area to work on because of it's high salary..

I would recommend for you to go on a career workshop offer by Latter Day Saints, its the church of mormons. I dont know if you are familiar with that. They offer it to anyone who is willing to undergo training and it will be given to you freely without any cost. All you have to do is spend your time listening to their insights on how you answers questions and prepare your resume. But to answer your questions here:
1. Some interviewee would ask you tell me about yourself. There you need to prepare a 30 seconds about yourself. You need to tell them about your, skills, education and achievement, work experience, family background and goal in life. Remember its only 30 seconds you need to squeeze all the information.
2. Secondly, some of them will ask about your strength you need to tell them your strength and some of them looking for numbers. Like for example I am good in typing because I can type 500 words per minute or so. Then next your weaknesses you need to tell them what is your weaknesses but you need to make sure that you are going to turn it as your strength as well.
3. I know there are a lots of questions prepared by interviewee but that is just a few I could share to you. And 1 more thing according to our trainer for the career workshop questions 1 is related to questions number 3 and questions number 2 is related to question number 4. Usually that is the pattern the are following.

Hi,
First of all if you are planning to appear for an interview there are two things you need to build. 1 is the art of staying calm and the second is to build up your confidence. Then you need to start building on the skills required for the job that you are targeting. You can go through these two links in my blog on how to prepare and face interviews.

All the best.

Most good interviewers do try and put the interviewee into a comfort zone, before they proceed with the interview. But some might now, so it is a real smart strategy if you can keep your cool on your own. I remember for one of my interviews I asked for a break in the middle of the interview to visit the rest room. The panel was a bit shocked, but then the interview went so well that I got through it :)
Cheers!

In many cases the interviewer will begin by asking about you. Who you are and what you like to do. This is to loosen the tension and help the two of you feel more comfortable in the situation. You may have a craft interest or something that the interviewer can relate to and then a small conversation could develop from that aspect then lead into the rest of the interview.
Next, they will ask about experience and how you might handle certain situations. It is important to understand proper telephone etiquette. This is always helpful to have. From the beginning of picking up a telephone to the end of the conversation, how you will treat the other person on the phone, how you will explain products to them, etc.
Also, research information on the company that way you can actually show that you have knowledge of them. It is a good way to impress the interviewer with your knowledge. Find out when the company opened what the first products were that they might have to offer customers. This will show that you have a higher interest in the company that you might be working for.
Hope this helps. Good luck!

hello there,
I believe Working in the call center is the best but the hardest experience you will ever faced. but if you want to assuring, you might wanna try attending for a training center for English Proficiency and Call center simulations. i did go through a lot of that before i got a job before. you could call and asked TESDA if there is still training for CSR for free as they had that before.
regards to interview questions, they will asked alot about your insights about call center. determine how you speak in english and how you answer them well.
how ever, there are NO NO's in the interview,
* no mannerisms
* no saying or "uhm" or long pause
* no tagalog
- be specific to your answers,
- always points out strength and how can you transfer weakness to strength.
- be confident, look into the interviewers forehead or eye

The Employer will surely ask you for any previous experience in the requested field of work you are trying to hire. If you can prove that you will meet their expectations then probably you will get a positive response and get your job.
Also you may wanna consider a positive attitude and tone during your interview.

Persons sitting in an interview-board, do not ask you questions immediately after you enter. They first appraise you-how you have entered the room, did you wish he Chairman and other members of the board, did you seek permission before sitting on the chair, how is your sitting posture (you should sit straight without putting your elbows on the table, how did you put you file containing your paper, on the table etc.
Remember, their questions would be straight, reply exactly what they have asked. Never add something more to show your knowledge. Your replies should be brief and to the point. If you do not know the answer, tell them so instead of giving wrong answer.
I wish you all the best.

Consider what kind of a job you would like to have. And whether that job would suit you best. You would probably have thought about some of these:
Tell me about yourself? Why do you think you deserve this job? What positive contributions you would make? How do you know if you are right? In 5 years time...?
Take a seat for your aptitude test!
You will hear from us if your medical test is successful!
(There was another one that reverberated in me: A psychological test would be your last.)
These are what I've gone through years back. And I still hear them today.
Good luck to you.
