That is your dog's poop. What if no one is watching?
note:i living in an apartment complex and I don't if someone is watching, I still don't.

No I don't actually... I mean most complexes make you pay a pet fee plus pet rent. Granted the pet fee is for cleaning the carpet when you leave but pet rent? yeah, thats probably for cleaning the grounds so why should I clean it if the complex will clean it anyway.

Yes if my dog poops in a public place I pick it up. I think it's rude to leave it around for someone else to have to deal with. I figure it's your dog, your responsibility. Not to mention it's the law to pick up after you pet, and you can get in trouble if you get caught.

i think its bad for an owner to leave her dog's poop. its one of the responsibilities of being a dog owner.
i have my dog inside our house gate.she has her own place that she can do her poop thing.i clean the area after she poop,of course,to get rid and avoid of spreading the smell and dirt.
