Every time I need to talk with my boss or any immediate superiors. I had however an instant voice or thought process which made me out of focus. What can I do to overcome this kind of problem? Any opinions or advice on this problem would be appreciated.

It is because one is either nervous or afraid to have a negative response, so what you need is self confidence to fight with the negative thinking and to go further in your mind to ask whatever you wish to and thus bridging the gap between the boss and you.

Did you have this problem when you were at school and at college while meeting your teachers and professors? How did you manage then? Okay, for the time being, let you meet your boss or superiors outside the office premises and get acquainted with them. Then you will not have this fear once again.

Then it is some problem related to your sub conscious mind which makes you afraid to the superiors. You may try a sitting with some good psychiatrist. They may easily find out the root of your problem and help you come out of it. But this is not a serious problem. You may be comfortable with the superiors soon after you have good relationship with them.

This happens because of inferiority complex within you. Be confident on what you are trying to tell and get mentally prepared before you start to speak. I know it is easy to say but difficult to execute. Morining exercise or yoga may help you to be calm always and also gives you a possitive outlook. When you interact more and more with your superiors, you will automatically come out of this problem.
