Fasting is not eating. I'm curious. How do you deal with hunger when you are fasting? What do you do?

We fast every month for 24 hours straight. We eat a lot at lunch time, drink plenty of water before we start our fast. We feel hungry during the day but we endure it, and we dont mind it. At night, you will only be sleeping so it doesnt matter if you are hungry because you are unconscious. The next morning, we dont get to do a lot of things that will make us feel tired and hungry so we're still good to go until we eat lunch on the next day. Its actually easy for you to do it once you are already used to it.

Thanks for that very informative comment p3ks626! It only means, you also have to prepare before fasting. That's really interesting.

I have abide to fasting once and I found it really good because I read in a research magazine that when we eat too much today it is better to abstain food for the next whole day to let the digestive system in our body to work properly and we won't be feeling too hungry too, so it is good to fast for good health though.

Thanks for the comment med889! I think fasting is good not only for the digestive system but for the mind as well. At the time you're fasting, it's really your mind that is powerful because you have to have the will not to break the fasting.
