I live close to Hong Kong and it's so hot and humid here the birds are sitting in the trees with thier tongues hanging out
Seriously though.
Every year I get completly covered in heat rash
Do you know of any way to prevent it?Please do not mention using ac.I do not use it.This is because you use that then it is covered with germs and virus'and people get sick.As well I can never control the temp and it is like an ice box, then when you step outside you get floored by the heat and humidity.
I am not exagerating when I tell you I can stand out side for two minutes and you can wring the sweat out of my shirt.A couple of us have done it. ( hey we are guys ) I change shirts at least three times a day.
Sounds like fun huh?
Do you have any tips to prevent heat rash

Hi avg
Her is what I do:1 take a cold shower, not a bath. The shower will wash away the sweat.use a body brush to gently clean yourself, you can buy one at a health food store.DO NOT use soap.Soap clogs your pores
2 If you develope a rash use calimine lotion.
3 Gently give yourself a light dusting of cornstrach. It absorbs the sweat.
4 Fill bowls with water, put them in the freezer. When they are frozen, put them in front of a fan. When the bowl dethaws the fan will be blowing cool air on you.It is better than an air conditioner.Air conditioners can be full of virus' and all other kinds of bad junk.Besides of you use an air conditioner when you go outside you get slammed by the heat and can get sick
This hot weather sucks but lets make the best of a bad situation

There are body powders that are purposely for prickly heat. Or, there are baby powders that contain cornstarch. These are excellent for heat rashes.

Hi gloryacam
I know we use cornstartch on cetain areas of the male body to prevent certain burns, but have never thought of using cornstartch for the whole body.it is worth a try.
Thanks for reminding me of that
Have a great day
