Are there Philippine Banks accredited to Alertpay?

I have a dilemma here. Are there Philippine banks accredited to alertpay? responses are highly appreciated. thanks!

I also have the same problem. There's a charge when you transfer cash from neobux to paypal and I don't want to get charged as much as possible so I want it to be transferred to alertpay. So any thoughts please? Thanks!
