I found this news article that begs the question of the danger of methane gas concentration in the Gulf Oil Catastrophe. Fudge can't paste URL, let me go and retrieve it. http://www.kmpf-kfre.com/Global/story.asp?S=12665184 Copied very carefully. If I goofed message me and I will give it to you again. Methane concentrate is the Gulf oil is 40% vs 5% in land based oil. Mmmmm. Methane, a colorless, orderless, DEADLY gas. Also highly flammable. What do you think about the new discovery? Methane is an excelent fuel, which we can use it as alternative fuel to pertol or desiel or LPG. Methane is a colorless, orderless and deadly gas but it can also be generated from naturaly. "cow dung" has 50-65% methane gas which which is in a controllable state. This methane we can exploit as alternative fuel. People have been using the energy source left, right and center and every day the oil companies attitude of "sell more tomorrow" will lead us "no fuel" age, if we serious about start using the bio-energy and methane might be one of those bio-energy.

Herro shyamsaimk Yipes, I apologize. I was going back through my unresolved discussions and saw that I had not responded to your comment. I did some research on methane and found your comments are 100% on target. I appreciate you taking the time to respond to this conversation. Prosperous mylotting

That is very interesting. I wonder why that is. I also wonder if there is no way we can capture the Methane and use it.

Herro andy77e Now that is an interesting thought. I wonder what we use methane for. Think I'll do a search and post some ideas. Prosperous mylotting

Herro andy77e Tis me again. I popped over to our search bar, did a search and got reward. My first, wahoo. And what an education. Methane is used as a fuel in many commercial and industrial uses. It is used in gas turbines. There were numerous references. Go to your search bar, I used the frame: Uses of Methane gas. Prosperous mylotting
