Yes, Strawberries is really good for the health because it is full of antioxidants and phytonutrients. The ruby red hue of strawberries is caused by anthocyanins and they are a powerful antioxidant that aids in the protection of the cell structure within your body. The phenol contained in strawberries also makes the heart friendly. It also aids in fighting certain cancers and also has anti-inflammatory properties. There is also a substance called ellagitannin in a strawberry and it is said to reduce the rate of fatality in certain cancers. I hope I answered your question.

I think pretty much all fruits and vegetables are good for us in some way because of all the vitamins and nutrients naturally within them. It's awesome when they taste good, too. :)

as long as you are not proven allergic to a specific fruit or vegetable, eating them is ok. and, it does apply not just to strawberries, but to any fruit or vegetable.
and, very recently, i HAVE stumbled upon one book, DIET WISE, written by a famous MD doctor of medicine, of the UK or USA... where he clearly proved that....
eating fruits, or vegetables, RAW is to be done on EMPTY STOMACH only.
if you eat them after food, they start spoiling the entire contents, and you will get all the troubles like, gas, indigestion, loose motions, etc.
if you eat on an empty stomach, these fruits help you in gaining all the smart charm, good tone of skin, and, you will lose weight, if obese... or gain it, if weak.
