why do people thats flawless think that their ulgy?

Hi, douglasedwards. I think that she sees herself as a person that is not stuck up. She does not want to think so highly of herself at all. She probably does think that she looks a mess, when she really does not. I am like this, when I don't want to boast about myself. A person sees themselves differently than the way another person sees them.

I think there are two ways to see this. It's either that person just wants to grab attention. Or the most reasonable explanation is that every person finds something that they don't like about themselves. A person really tends to over analyze their looks and then be conscious about it. So no matter how attractive a person may seem, he or she still has a problem. Even stars has something that they hate about on their body.

I would say immaturity. When my sister was was an adolescent her hair was very straight and wanted curly hair. My hair was wavy and I wanted straight hair. Perhaps it is the version of "the grass is always greener on the other side of the fence." Actrually isn't it a medical condition, being thin and thinking you're fat? Or do you have to display those extreme symptoms, not eating or purposefully vomiting for it to be considered that?

A person's biggest critic is themselves, and that's the way it should be. That's why the flawless person thinks they are ugly. It keeps them in check, they keep thinking they don't look good, so their constantly trying to improve themselves. Ugly people think they already look good, and they don't need to improve anything, so they of course look ugly. Which also brings up judging a book by its cover. You can. What is on a person's inside bleeds out to the outside.

It maybe a case of low self esteem or maybe something of the opposite

Yeah its all part of human nature. You just need more and more... basically people who are beautiful or rich have higher expectations than others, so they feel depressed with what they believe they aren't. If you think about it deeply its really kind of sad.

maybe she just wants attention.. or probably she is just too vain she cant appreciate herself... its somehow annoying how girls could be like that though..
