What's the best waterproof camera?

Almost all digital camera makers produce waterproof cameras, what do you think is the best waterproof camera? If you own one, is it worth the money?

The Pentax Optio W80 has won sever awards and generally seen as an excellent camera. It also probably the cheapest out there currently . http://cheapdslrprofessional.blogspot.com/
