I think it's very important to keep our minds young immaterial of our age. It helps us in many ways. It improves your life span, increases your immunity to diseases and slows down your aging. You will look and stay younger than your real age. There could be many ways to achieve this. You can mingle with the youth, play with children are some of them. Just see that your mind's age never goes beyond 20

I can keep my mind young, but not all the time. in different situation I need to come back on Earth and be matured. I can play with my niece or children and be a children like running everywhere, but after that ,in real life I have to do my commitments. I have to be responsible. there is always time to feel young and to feel old. if we want to feel young, just be ourselves and do not look at our age. Yes you are right, mingle with the youth. Be updated, be on the latest.

yes that is true but you do not have to have an old tired outlook on life even in serious business where you have no right to be acting the child.I am 83 but really I do not want to feel old ,not at all.

Hi vijayanths, yeah it is true, that we can keep our mind young, by exercise, playing with the kids, be jovial with friends and family members, avoid stress, away from depression, eat the right brain fuel, our brains are the head quarters of our lives so we have to direct our thoughts, intention, movement, emotions and senses all these can make you feel young. Have a nice day.

You should feel young at your heart. To improve your memory you can try puzzle games, suduko, cross word puzzle etc or keep your brain busy..

vijayanths I love your discussions as you are always thinking and make me think too. I feel that my three years here at mylot have kept my 83 year old brain feeling really young and active. I have to come up with intelligent responses to your much younger style discussions and mostly so I am told I do do a fairly good job at it.I have so much fun here and enjoy reaching out to my mylot friends from all over the world. I learn new things daily and that keeps me feeling young too .I am told I look much younger than my real age, and that always is so nice to hear. Even here in Gold Crest there are younger people here to and it all makes me feel much younger.

my dear anna, As i grow older,i understand that,it is only the age that gets old. Physically,i felt weak and see lines of ageing.(i felt i looks old ) But,it's fine,it's natural and it is better to have those signs of ageing. Emotionally,i am growing mature and mature. My mind cooperate with people that i been dealing with everyday life. I can relate with the youths, and so with the olds. Yes,i want to keep in mind that i am still young, and i want to stay young. I want to go out with youngsters, actually,my circle of friends were of different ages. My kids are young teeners, and from them,i can cope up with the trend, what's IN for them. I wanna be young at heart, and think young always.
