this is really a good news for us. at least, even if we cannot attend the actual inauguration in Manila, we can also witness it from our home television.

Yeah, June 30, 2010 is a special non-working holiday.
This means that we will have the chance to watch the inauguration of the new leaders of the Philippines.
It will also mean a day-off from work...

hi pinoy blogger, i dont agree to have the inauguration to be declared as holiday for I can understand the contractual personnel, good for me i have regular job , even if i dont go to work I am paid.. but it would be unfair to blame noy2x administration, blame gloria because she is fun of doing this..

Shopping, malling, watch TV, eat out, watch a movie, clean the house, do a little gardening, etc. These are some of the things that run in my mind after finding out that June 30 was declared a holiday.

hi there.
so i heard. i guess, it's a win for everybody.
i am not really pro-Noynoy. however, due respect to the president-elect,it is but right to have the whole philippines observe this monumental day. who knows he might just be the best president our country will have. if it's the otherwise, at least we observed the day when he became formally the president of the philippines.
i just hope that his sister, Kris, would behave like a royal family. she's too full of herself. but she's smart, i admit.
anyway, if i dont go to work on the 30th, am paid. i do go to work, that's an extra pay. eitherway, i like it.
this is the first special holiday under the Aquino regime.

I don't remember if GMA's inauguration was declared a holiday. If june 30 would be a holiday then we can say that we are one of the countries with so many declared official holidays. Its okay as long as it doesn't affect our economy
