During the early age people can live with out an electricity, but in our time today having no electricity will cause a great damage or affects to lots of people today. It will affects to those store owners that sell frozen products, it will affects to all internet cafe business, it will affects to all business owners whose products depends on electricity.
It really affects me that I could not open my PC and visit mylot and other PTC sites for my extra income.
How about you myloters, it will affects you also if you don't have an electricity?

What a mind blowing questions. Of-course, it would effect us all not to have electricity. It would be a nation-wide disaster in my opinion. But I don't think it would be the end of the world. The way I see it is if we once came through the dark ages we can get through it again. We should find a why to make amends with out electricity and technology in the event that could happen to us. If electricity was gone indefinite we would not need jobs because we could go back to bartering and creating that community of farming once again. Money itself is ran by electricity with all our debiting systems, and electronic transactions. People would not be able to communicate as quickly as we do now but we would once again use paper and pencil and other human skills to be able to build and communicate across the world. I also believe that we could create electricity with an inconsistent flow without modern electricity. We probably could figure out a way to use it via the compounds of elements from the earth.. if you think about it the Egyptians had to have a way to light other than fire. If you think about it to build those pyramids they would have to have light of some kind and fire would have induced smoke inhalations and killed to many workers to build the pyramid successfully.

Yes, I believe it would go back to the history, it will start again how people discover the battery cell to produce electricity. I appreciate your answer.

Definitely it will affect all of us since we are dependent in the use of electricity. Without the electric power most of the things that we are working on will be hampered. Most of the home, office and business uses electricity and it becomes a necessity. I am an instructor in one of the local schools here in our province and since I am handling computer subjects when we don't have electric power this will be a hindrance for us to continue the class for the generator power can't accommodate all of the computers in the labs. It is a waste of time really.

Yes, electricity is very important for laboratory class in your school. What would you do for your laboratory class if you have a one day black out?

well, after the confirmation from the local electricity source company that the power outage will take longer and it will be beyond our schedule we just call our class off but those classes that are on a lecture room continues.

rbdescartin it would literally take away mywill to live as this is where I go to get away from troubles and visit all mylot friends, and help others and they sometimes help me.It is a place to make some needed money while being with friends and sharing so much with each other. I
am so happy on mylot and with no electricity my troubles would inundate me to the point where I could not function.but as I live in a retirement center with over one hundred people we have generators here as some people are on oxygen and need electricity to function., so we will have electricity all the time.

What a privilege to have an electricity all time, but as what you had said that some people in your place are on oxygen and really need to have an electricity to function and in that point you can now imagine what if there is no electricity? What will happen to those people?

The damaged would be so massive and severe that it can make us all suffer. Most of today's appliances and other gadgets runs with electricity. It will be difficult for our life to function just like the way it was before. Now that we enjoyed all the appliances and gadgets that depend on electricity we will certainly not able to cope up.
But then when it really happens we will eventually bounce back. We humans can survive all odds because we are born that way. We adopt to our surroundings and we can teach ourselves to try new things and get dependent on it. We will survive in a hard way.
