Some people say coffe is not good for you then if it is bad for you why it is still sell on the market? My mothr in law always drinking coffee morning,afternoon and evening so she is ok. The more she will drink coffee theoreshe is more active and can do a lot of task for herself. They said caffeine is not godor you? Is there any facts that can support wit this?
