Someone placed an ad on Clixsense about a new ptc site called

CASHIUM and guess what? The ad said it was better than Neobux. Well I looked at the TOS and for free members it takes 7 days to get paid. Neobux pays all members instantly so how is this site better than Neobux????? Some people will do anything for a referral. 
Any members of this new site Cashium? Whats it like?

Cashium belongs to the admin of GPTBank which is a ref-back website. Have you heard of it? I use to be a member of NeoBux so I know they do pay instantly. I am not using Cashium but because they are not paying instantly as well, is that enough information to decide NeoBux is better?
