Are you one? .. I heard, they eat BARLEY based dough food, and, good lots of milk of YAKs. .. you made the topic appear as if they are roasting all the sheep, .. in fact, burning them.. but... you have to mention that it is very hard to make a fire at that high altitude. please ....

i am happy. I read about this food, in the books of LOBSANG TUESDAY RAMPA... a Tibetan Monk... they are very good books, and highly spiritual.
