I have won a prize

Yeah I experienced the same, I thought I could exchange the winning cap directly to that store but they refuse to exchange it. And when I tried it to another store, they are collecting half the price of the winning item, what a crap!. That is why I am not excited anymore of promotional things because you will only have a hard time getting the prize.

It's like the same thing with scratchers. When my friend won a scratcher saying that he gets another ticket, the store wouldn't give him one. I guess people are like that because they're greedy and selfish.

Congratulations u're a lucky man and for the prize, u can still get it, may be that store is not one of the redeemption centers for the producer/manufacturer. The store boss needs to explain why you can't have your gift and if it's the way i'ved explained, then find another store to redeem your prize, congratulations and best of luck.

hi friend ,i am anuska from india . i have read your experience .although i have not face this same type experience.yet i can i understand your feelings. do you know onething i think that we have make this types of rules or offer or whatever you say. because most of rush behind this types offers on products. when ever we see a profitable offers we don't think about the products twice we just buy it blindly. so for the shop owner's rude behavour to you , in some part we are also responsable for it. i have full sympathy with you. i just tell you my thinking . please don't mind if i hart you. thank you again for share your experience with us.

Yes, I saw what has happened with you and be sure, that it isn't for first time I understood about refusing to pay/ give/ prize in some lottary games.

Hi llbo, I feel really glad to know that you have won a prize when reading the topic above. But it turns to be really irritating after finish reading the whole content. The boss of the store should follow the rule to give you another bottle of bottle when the proof was shown then. Actually all the stores which selling the same item should know there are prizes given to lucky customers who have won the prize. Here in my place we could get lucky gift in any store which sell the same items as long as we exchange the prize with the valid proved item needed. I believe the person who distribute the bottle of drinks had told him there are prizes given to lucky customers, unless the the distributor didn't carry out his acquittal that he should be If I come across such an incomprehensible store owner I would never revisit and purchase any stuff from the same store for sure. That angers me, if they can not follow through with their suppliers, then why carry that brand. Once we won a tv from gatorade. It took many times of filing different forms and fine print, but they did send a tv. It was not one of those 3 inch screen either. I have won such things, but when you get them they are sure not what they promise.

It's really a provoking thing, fortunately I didn't met before. I am curious about the reason why the boss didn't exchange you. Usually the producer will change the prize to him too. Maybe the tea drink you bought is hard to sell so the boss didn't want to sell them anymore?

You are not luck at that time. I always win a prize about exchanging another bottle, and I got another bottle immediately when I went to the store and gave my cap of the bottle to the boss . So that boss have no right to refuse you . He is not a kind man.
