Another civilian shooting in California

Don't you already hear it enough? Civilian possesses gun and open fire toward innocent people who they hate, or it was just a random shooting for some psycho reason. I already hear it enough, and the government certainly still allow the free sale of firearm to anyone. No wonder even the child can bring gun to school and shoot people randomly. Maybe a lot of people would disagree with me on this, but I still stand in my point. Government should not allow the sale of firearms to anyone. This a not a toy, a very dangerous weapon to possess. One day, some one get really frustrated, or even extremely angry on something. On a blink of eye, he/she saw a gun on the table. What he/she would do without a thorough thinking, or the help of psychiatrist?
