Anyone heard of Glynis Sylwester? Is she scammer?

Hi she has a website http://www.true-money-for-you.com/index.html. Is she scammer? What I don't get is how she show proof from ptc sites which seem like scams. Can anyone clear this up? One thing i think possible is maybe she used photoshop for the proof and she is the owner of all these websites. Anyways not sure, let me know what you think.

SCAMMER!! It is so sad that they let people promote those pages. I have been earning online for ages and I will tell you you that payment proofs mean nothing to me...they are faked...stolen...they are worthless. Sure it is nice to see a whole bunch of proofs in a forum....but even then you have to be careful...I have seen many typed out...no screen shots
But, when personal blogs say check out my payment proof, I don't waste my time. I rely on my own research and the persons online reputation when making decisions to join programs.
