Why is it that men dont shave their pubes as often as a woman does?

I think men should have a smooth scrotum because it is more hygienic and thus it better for them them too, it is not just women who has the right to do it but men should realized thus fact.

because she doesn't want to help him shave it, but he is always helping her shave hers.. it's so unfair..

I think more than "helping", it is "wanting"
