How many of you goes to bathroom every single day,does someone forget!!!

I will never forget to go to the bathroom. It should be a daily ritual for anyone. Its bad for our body if we missed it even a single day since its possible that we can poison our body by the waste that we didn't remove. Regarding the bloody air leak from butt yes I already experienced that. Especially in public toilets where people won't really mind if they smell or not.

I go to the bathroom everyday with no exception at all and it is sometimes three to four times in the early morning and if ever I miss it I cannot spent the whole day at ease, I do not like to be carrying as if a big burden in you. So it is always appropriate to go to the bathroom every single day in the morning itself, there was a girl in the office and she was really someone who did not know that one should be going outside to leave their "gas" instead of spreading it all over in the office. This is really bad because no one wants to smell it and why should we afterall if people knew about it very well.
