Do you belive in reincarnation???? If so what would you like to be IF YOU HAD A CHOICE? If not, why?

I'm not sure if I believe in it or not. I do wonder why when anyone says that they have been reincarnated, that they say they were a famous person. Why don't you ever hear that they were Joe Schmo the shoeshine guy?
