Dose hard work equals to good job?Obviously,it doesn't.I know this exactly.But what really confuses me is that besides hard work,it is what that can make us do a good job?And what's the meaning of hard work?I also know someone will say like this--you may not do well by hard work,but you never can do well without hard work.So what wil you say?

No, hard work doesn't mean good job. However, without hard work it's very difficult to have good jobs. I wouldn't say more. The only thing is that I agree with these sentences...

Definitely false. Right way should be the first. if you're in a wrong way, then your hard work is even worse than no work. So no matter do anything, we should find the right way first. Right way can lead you to good job without hard work, but if you have both right way and hard work, you'll get a good job faster without a doubt.
