Can bath by cold water Promote health?

I have been bath by hot water. Some people say that bath by cold water can promote the body health, this statement is really?are u bath by hot water?

No, because the temperature of our body will drop and you are at risk for hypothermia.

I think it is a stimulation factor. Our bodies just react differently to hot and cold temperatures. Cold water gives a shock to the body thay hot water can't. Hot water relaxes while cold rejuvenates.

I am not sure. But it seems that cold water can make your body stronger. It is not only good for your skin, but also you will have less possibilities to catch the cold. I have the bath with hot water because I am afraid of the coldness. I love China
