Do you know that your wishes and prayers are answered? Many times they are not answered in a fashion that you recognize. But if you notice changes in your life
and look back you will find that indeed you have received an answer. This should alert you to be very careful what you ask for.

If you could only see the whole picture, which we seem to only be able to do in retrospect, then you might find your drunk is in reality a spirtual man just of track at this time. I like the idea that angels come to us in many forms, they bring us life lessons. Blessings

God works in His own ways, we can never comprehend. I have learnt to make changes to my prayers. I used to ask for specific things in life. I want this, I want that.
But are the things that we want good for us? Only God knows what is good for us. As such, you are right to say that we need to be careful what we wish or pray for. Nowadays, I pray for general things. For instance, ask God to give me the best that will benefit me in this life and the hereafter.

You are absolutely correct. Five years ago I was pregnant and I ended up losing that baby. It was one of the darkest times in my life. I prayed night after night that God would show me that I would be able to heal and to move on with my life. Well, my best friend was pregnant as well and due on the same day that I had been due. Her son was born a week early and when he was a week old we wanted to go see him, I knew that it would hurt though. Well, when we were driving to their house, I saw a rainbow in the sky and I knew that everything would be okay.

Thanks for your post. This reminds me to put my trust in God.
Yes, there were times when I thought my prayers were not answered.
But at the end I would realize that God have given me better than what I wished for.

Long ago, I quit asking for specific things. The only exception is that I always pray that my family and friends will be safe and healthy. I have seen the results of asking for things that aren't good for me or are selfish--the unintended consequences were not pleasant but I think were meant to teach me life lessons. Now I pray that I have the strength and faith to fulfill God's plan for me and I know that if that prayer is answered I will have a satisfying life.

That is very true. I have been through incidents that I have regretted and as I started feeling sorry for myself a little inner voice spoke to me from deep inside and said, “Why are you complaining? You got exactly what you asked for!” And upon reflection I would realise that indeed my wish had been granted, not in the way I expected and the end result was not what I had anticipated either, so…Yes, think carefully before you ask or you may just get it…

yah i guess so... wishes do come true unexpectedly the way you want them to come. It happened many times in my life...But still, I believe everything happens for a reason.. and whatever it is, I trust God for His plans for me...

When we pray we do it to let it be known to God our wishes and desire.
I believe our prayers is answered by YES, NO and WAIT. The miracle is answered right away.
Not all our prayers are answered by answer because there is a purpose for that.
For example you are praying to have a car but you don't house and food to eat. If you are God what will be your answer?
Believe in the power of prayer.

yes they are definately answered, but we dont realize it,because when people are happy everything is going on nicely we tend to forget thatit is also gifted by god,but when trouble time comes we start blaming for for all trouble forgetting the hapiness which he gave,so definately we are blessed by god everytime

I think every of our wishes are granted to us but we need the "eyes" to see them, maybe they are not totally the way we wanted but they are though. It is said that when we ask for someone else God listen to that so we should always be praying for others while we do for us too.

Your wishes and prayers which are verbally uttered from the heart are really answered by an unseen power.
There are many proof's for this.
God is great who really answers them and helps us.
You may try many have succeeded and you too can succeed.
